WHAT CHALLENGES WE FACED

Loss of time searching for patient information
Errors in data transfer between departments
Lack of transparency in procurement and medical supplies inventory
Difficulties in generating management reports
Inability to quickly analyze physician performance and clinic workload

MAIN TASKS:

Create a unified digital environment for all departments (registration, medical block, accounting, procurement, warehouse)
Automate patient registration, schedule management, and physician workload monitoring
Ensure strict protection of medical data
Optimize inventory accounting for medications and equipment
Automate document flow (medical records, discharge summaries, invoices)
Provide online access for patients to their data through a personal account
