Before implementing the ERP system, most internal processes at the clinic were handled using disconnected systems and Excel spreadsheets. This resulted in:

 Time lost searching for patient information
 Errors in data transfer between departments
 Lack of transparency in medical supply purchases and inventory
 Difficulties in generating management reports
 Inability to quickly analyze physician performance and clinic workload
